Our neighborhood

Being one who loves all things quotidian, here's a glimpse at some things that are part of our neighborhood.  Even though we are contemplating a move (staying within the same neighborhood, just going about 7 blocks away from the center of London), we'll still be in this same area....

Let's start with the important stuff.  Here's the closest pub to our house - one block away.

The High Street is their term for "main street"

The kids' favorite ice cream place

Favorite for the parents (and sometimes Sir Paul?)
Neal's Yard Remedies - apparently one of the only things that is typically more expensive in the USA - locally crafted organic products for beauty and home

Our local Tesco (mini grocery store)

St Johns Wood Library.  At least we have one, but sorry, it just doesn't compare to the libraries in MN

Our nearest tube station

The biggest tourist draw to St Johns Wood is Abbey Road, the street crossing that graced the cover of the famous Beatles album and the Abbey Road Studios
One of the first days of school - we love the walk each morning

Regents Park

Canals

Swiss Cottage fountain

Primrose Hill
